Information about this version of the website and who to contact with questions.

Discussing your project

When you send a brief, your name, chosen contact method, contact details, project description, site language and stated budget are sent through the website server to the SPRINT WEB work chat on Telegram. They are used to respond and estimate your project.

Do not include passwords, payment details, access keys or other information that is not needed for the initial discussion.

Opening Telegram

When you open Telegram and send a message, that service’s terms and settings apply. The recipient is the sprintweb_admin account. The conversation is used to discuss your enquiry.

Technical data

The hosting service may process request data to operate and protect the website. This version has no third-party advertising pixels or analytics services connected.

The entry page, time and campaign tags are stored in sessionStorage within the browser tab. Brief field values are not included. This data is removed when the tab session ends. When you submit an enquiry, these tags may accompany it to identify its source.

Questions and deletion requests

For questions about data handling or deletion of conversation data, contact @sprintweb_admin. Storage and handling arrangements for specific project materials are agreed before they are provided.

Website events

The site sends an action type and an allowlisted page path to its own server: views, button clicks or successful submissions. A successful enquiry may include its technical reference. Contact details, brief text, full URLs and query parameters are excluded from these events. The counter uses no cookies or visitor identifier; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable event collection. Events are stored in size-limited technical logs, not an advertising system.
